Tambour, a leading company here in Israel for paint and finishes has opened a design center in Ramat Gan… it’s about time! I visited the new space last week and found it to be a pleasant surprise.
Bet Tambour, located off of Mivtsa kadesh street (right next to Toys R Us and the Ayalon Mall) in Ramat Gan; is easily accessible by car or bus #20 from Central Tel Aviv.
You won’t miss the building which is painted in Tambour’s signature multi color effect.
The entrance welcomes you with a full array of color displays. From floor to ceiling this space is a designers heaven. Inside you will find a mixing center, a work area, color materials and inspirational give-aways.

Interactive color collection
From a visual standpoint this space is great. I have heard mixed reviews on the functionality of the interactive color collection (not easy to navigate and out of order) and the sliding wall of product (does not slide with ease). From a designers point of view, I am happy to have another place to go for color research and design.
