Sitting on half an acre of land and at 6,000 square feet in Los Feliz, Los Angeles, California (Hollywood Hills), the Ennis House was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1923 for Charled and Mabel Ennis.
It was built in 1924 and not only epitomizes the Art-Deco movement, it also shows Wright’s fascination with pre-Columbian architecture. It is one of Wright’s four Textile block (decorative concrete slabs) houses built in Los Angeles.
If it looks familiar that’s because it has been used as a filming location for movies, television and music videos, most famously Blade Runner.
After years of falling into disrepair and neglect, it is now for sale at an asking price of $15,000,000.

What a great place to buy if you had a spare $15 million. I remember my design tutors at Art School being Frank Lloyd Wright crazy. Great pictures.
